We are looking for motivated individuals to perform highly interdisciplinary research at the interface of physical science/engineering and biomedical applications. We are most interested in cutting-edge problems in neuroscience and neural engineering. The lab currently have 2-3 openings for PhD students and postdocs (as of Jun, 2017). Postdoctoral candidates: are expected to hold a Ph.D degree in a related science /engineering field. Background is less important than interest and motivation. Experience in micro/nano fabrication, optics and microscopy, in vivo optical imaging, microfluidics, electrophysiology and neuroscience is preferred. Please contact Dr. Xie directly with your CV.
