Academic/Learning Goal for CE 391L: The goal for CE 391L is to be able to characterize and analyze arterial street and freeway traffic operations using theoretical and experimental techniques, especially computer simulation. Additionally, the goal includes understanding the most current analysis and optimization tools for control device design and implementation.
